But at your preferred branch is computer science engineering then you can not get this branch as per the least year cutoff trends.

Last year (2019) the cutoff closing rank for cse branch for sc category candidates on the basis of their CRL rank was - 247119 ( in last round counseling excluded spot round, as per the data released by bit sindri)

And your CRL ranks is nearly around 300000.
So, you can't get cse branch. But apart from cse branch you can get other good branches like electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, etc.
