Yes, you may be eligible to secure a seat in the nursing institute affiliated under GGSIPU. Since you've secured a rank of 339, you will be called for admission and counselling procedures. Until and unless you've secured a rank along with your name in the PDF format of the results, you won't be called for counselling rounds. This is because the candidates who failed to qualify the IPU CET exam won't be allocated with any rank. So according to the rule, you've secured a rank. You will be soon called for the counselling as the counselling dates will be declared soon by the conducting board.
