Hi there,
Hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. You can get a seat in NIE Mysore or SIT Tumkur for any of the branches among CS/IS/ECE. In COMED-K, securing a rank like 12,000 is very impressive. You have a number of choices and in NIE Mysore or SIT Tumkur, there is a chance for you to get a seat in Computer Science Engineering branch, as per my observation considering previous year cutoff rank.
