Counseling is already going on.

Patiala Campus:

Cut Off percentile of CSE for Outside Punjab student after 3rd round is 97.9647714 and for Punjab students is 96.0040126.

Derabassi Campus:

Cut Off percentile of CSE for Outside Punjab student after 3rd round is 85.7245821 and for Punjab, students is 85.7245821.

Your chances of getting CSE seems very less.
