Dear Kajal,
The second round of counselling has just ended and the cutoff for third round to get Computer Science and Engineering Course(COSE) in Thapar University for General (outside punjab) is 94.54% and for general(punjab students) is 85.72% in Jee mains 2019 . So if you are from punjab then yes you are surely going to get the COSE branch seat.
