Sorry to inform you but with this rank you will not get civil branch in jalpaiguri government engineering college. Last year cut off is given below(for general catagory only).

2018:

Opening rank : 2450

Closing rank : 6854

2017 :

Opening rank : 1829

Closing rank : 6156

Actually what made me ask this question is that I came across the jgec wbjee cut off in college dunia which shows civil till 10k in the 3rd round......... don't mind but may I know from where u got the above rank details?
