You haven't mentioned your category so i am considering you as general category candidate let me tell you that cut off for previous was around 3.5k in the last round of counselling so it is really not possible to get this branch in this college.
Your rank is pretty higher than the required cut offs. I would suggest you to keep other colleges as a back up.
