Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NITs,you seems to have less chance of getting NITs with other state quota.If you comes under home state quota of either HAMIRPUR or RAIPUR then you have chance of getting these two NITs.Otherwise you have less chance.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS PAPER2
