YES, you can get a branch in Jadavpur University, Kolkata based on your OBC-A rank i.e. 393.

Here is a list of branches you can get based on last three year cutoffs-

1. CSE (After Round 1)

2. ECE (After Round 1)

But, I would suggest you go for the CSE branch because the return of investment is huge.

The total fee for 4 years is Rs.11,000 and the average placement last year was 19 LPA.
