Ignou does not consider cuet ug or cuet pg examinations for admission to its courses. Admissions to most of the courses are merit based. The admissions are going on now and you can apply for admission up to 31st August 2023. The application forms are available on the official website of Indira Gandhi National open University. I hope you are doing well and absolutely fine. As per your mentioned query, if yoh have not given the CUET exam , still you have a chance to get admission in IGNOU. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates with a Bachelor's degree with 50% in the basic class and 45% in the reserved class are eligible to enter the programme without taking an entrance exam.
