You belong to OBC creamy layer but reservation is only for OBC non creamy layer.

• Creamy layer OBC candidates are those whose parents annual income is more than 8 lakhs  per annum and they are not eligible for reservation

• Obc non creamy layer ithose candidates whose parents annual income is less than 8 lakh per annum and there eligible for reservation

So, while filling the Neet application form you must choose general as your category.

• General-EWS/ OBC-NCL :-   1400

• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender :- 800

• Foreign candidate :-  7500

*And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page.
