You can apply for M.A. in Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi, but by the start of the entrance exams and other admission formalities you must have cleared your backlogs. So, plan your schedule according to it. Apply for IGNOU, but also prepare well and try to clear your backlogs before the admission and others.
