Here it's like you might have committed a sin. 

Brother I would suggest you to call JOSAA  right now before Josaa counselling starts. Call NTA or NIT SURATHKAL as soon as possible and ask them the steps to be taken. They will ask for your roll no.  And application no.  And your obc certificate send them the scanned copy of that and they will look after everything.
