If you have not received your pass as of yet, please check your spam or junk folders in your email before contacting us for further assistance. Sometimes the pass email lands in the spam/junk. If you have checked these folders and do not see your pass, please contact the event organizer or support team directly with your registration details so they can assist in getting you your pass.
