You have certainly pass in your assignment, but when it comes to theory what's your total marks, is it 50/75/100 marks. and you have enrolled in which programme, just check out your grade card at https://gradecard.ignou.ac.in/gradecard/, you need to enter the programme, programme code, and enrollment number.

if you have passed then your status will be shown as completed as that of the concerned programme, if you  haven't passed then it will be shown as incomplete.
