I have scored - 83 - chemistry 72 in physics and 33 in maths and my pcm aggregate is 62.3% am I eligible for dtu Jee main rank - 17k

According to the official eligibility criteria, the requirement is a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM. So, yes you are eligible for applying to DTU. A seat can't be guaranteed as of now because they'll be based on the individual cut offs of various branches.
