Hello Aspirant,

According to me you should go for Mechanical Engineering at Delhi Technological University without any doubt. DTU is one of the finest institution in terms of name, fame, academics and placements. Also the college life is too good there. But if you really don't like the subject and want to study ECE then you can go for JNU too. So it all depends on your interest. But if it doesn't matter you then go for DTU.
