After submitting the application fees successfully you will be directed to the page where it will show download confirmation page , on that page you have to download the confirmation page and safe it in you computer or should take print out of it , as it is the only method where your confirmation page is available as this year NTA is not giving any messages to register email id or phone number.

Confirmation message is sent to the candidates on their registered number and registered email id

Since you have received confirmation page that your application has been confirmed then it's certain that you have successfully registered your application.

Few people did not get the mail and that's okay. You have already got the message that your application has been accepted.

So there is no issue
