When have you taken admission, I mean which year/course, what was the maximum duration offered to you , in case you have lapsed it then you cannot perform re-registration which is important for continuation of the course, and moreover what about your assignments, term end exams, you haven't elaborated much on this either, nevertheless just mention the details in the comment box below, I'll try to help you out with detailed information for the same.
