Definitely, you can get a good Engineering college. I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, State-S, TFWS, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc).
