Hello Tarun, Yes you can easily withdraw your admission from the previous college and join the new college you have been alloted. there wont be any issue in it and this is done by thousand of students every year.

Make an application the college you are currently studying in and get back your documents and admission withdrawn and apply for fresh admission to the college you have been alloted next.
