I secured 3808 Rank in VIT and 144 marks in Manipal MIT. Hope I will get CS in both. Please advise, which I should preferred.

Go for VIT. You never know how good you will perform in the college. Even if you end up being an average student, you will have a great chance of getting placed in a company of your choice. This kind of security is not there in MIT.
