My jee score is 45 can I got any good private college for cs college like vit ,MIT ,galgottia, thapar,psg

Chnaces areveey less with aboce colleges as cutoffs is near 75 marks and above for private engineering colleges.

However, yiu can get TierII Engineering colleges like SIt Bhubaneswar, MGMC Manvi Mumbai, st. Francis Mumbai.

You can get Amity University as well in final rounds.

As per your Jee score you can not get vit , thapar or mit but yes of course you can get private colleges like galgotia , Amity etc because they offer admission as per boards.
