I believe if you get BDS in Kerala, accept the seat initially. Once the All India Counselling Allotment results are declared and you secure a seat in MBBS you can always surrender the BDS seat against a nominal fee. However if you are too determined to pursue nothing but MBBS, you might leave the BDS Seat. Do decide wisely.
