Hey Sumit,
Panjab University Common Entrance Test (PUCET) is conducted by Panjab University which is a state level exam through which the students can get into admission into the campus of Panjab University. The exam is Conducted for entrance to various UG as well as PG exams.
If you want to get admission into campus then Yes, it is mandatory but if you want any college which is affiliated to Panjab University then it is not, in that case you can take admission on the basis of marks obtained in 12th exams through counselling as BCA is a centralised course.
