Hey Rakesh, JOSAA counseling considers common rank list not the marks for its shortlisting and cutoffs. To get into NIT Surathkal you msut have rank under 1000 to get ito top core branches here. So the percentile should be minimum of 99.7 to get secure a seat here. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
