The eligibility for MSc Environmental Sciences in DU is : Any undergraduate Course with aggregate 55% in Science stream (3 year Course after 10+2) from University of Delhi or any other University whose examination is recognized as equivalent fulfilling other conditions of eligibility, but having at least one of these subjects (Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Maths) at 10+2 Level.

So, according to me you are good to go, it doesn't matter how much you scored in MSc Physics, even if you meant BSc Physics then also you are eligible.
