Chandigarh University is a private, UGC approved and NAAC accredited located in Mohali. Admission to UG and PG programmes at Chandigarh University is entrance-based. To take admission in various UG programmes, candidates need to clear CUCET, which is a university-level exam.

For MBA admission, CAT, CMAT, GMAT scores are also accepted.Final selection to MBA is based on performance in GD and personal interview.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission for MBA in any specialization( human resource, finance, IT, marketing ) is that candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination.

Chandigarh University conducts University level placements as well as Joint Placements for all colleges across Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh. MBA placement in 2019 was 60% higher than the previous year and in 2019 more than 200 MNCs participated in MBA placements at Chandigarh University. Almost 175 students got two job offer and more than 50 MNCs offered package of 5LPA.
