If I cleared JEE Mains then is it nessecery to clear KCET for admission in R V College Banglore?

Hi 

Since R Via college of Engineering is a private college and it is affiliated to VTU.  They don't consider JEE main marks. 

The merit list and counseling is based on KCET for undergraduate course and PGCET for postgraduate course. 

So yes you will have to apply for KCET and crack that exam in order to get admission into R Via college of engineering
