Hello dear...

There is no procedure to do B.Tech right after completing ITI. This is not possible. What you would need to do is diploma in Engineering. Only after that course you can apply for lateral entry into the Bachelor of Technology course.

The ITI candidates are eligible for diploma course. The duration of diploma course is 3 years however ITI candidates can take direct admission into the second year. But please ensure that you choose diploma course related to your ITI stream. Otherwise you will be finding it very hard to actually study the course..
