Hello
              firstly you should crack jee(mains) and after cracking it when you crack jee advance.
      Then you will get any IIT college acording your rank.

To pursue Btech from IIT MADRAS,you have to clear IIT JEE ADVANCE EXAMINATION with good score.You have come under 2k rank for IIT MADRAS.You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE examination as you have completed your board.Now,you can appear in JEE ADVANCE examination.
