JKCET is only for colleges like GCET which come under state administration. Admission to IIT is strictly on the basis of JEE merit. You have to qualify JEE main and should also qualify JEE advanced afterwards. Only if you score higher than cutoff for seat in IIT Jammu, you would get a seat there.
Good luck.

Hi Shabnum

For admission in IIT Jammu, one will have to qualify for the jee mains as well as the jee advanced. IIT Jammu admits students on the basis of the score of jee mains+jee advanced it has nothing to do with the JKCET.
