In order to take admission in IIST for MS in Astronomy ans Astrophysics you are eligible because you need to have a B.E/B.Tech degree or you must have Msc in Physics, Space Physics, Space Science, Space Science and Technology or GATE in any one of these subjects - Physics/Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Engineering Sciences.
