According to Gujarat State domicile criteria for NEET the following Candidates are eligible for 85% State Quota:

Those Candidates who have been born in Gujarat and have completed their 10th and 12th from Gujarat (do not need domicile certificate)
Born out of Gujarat but have completed their 10th and 12th in Gujarat( need domicile certificate)
Born in Gujarat but haven't studied their 10th and 12th in Gujarat (need domicile certificate)

Because you studied upto 10th in Gujarat but moved to Rajasthan only for your 11th and 12th, you will be eligible for Gujarat 85% State Quota. But you need to produce a domicile certificate stating that you have been in Gujarat for 10 years consecutively
