Yes you are but not only in jee main you need to pass jee advance as well as it's eligibility crteria says , 

• All aspirants must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in Class XII (or equivalent) board examination.

• SC, ST and PD candidates must have obtained at least 65% aggregate marks in class XII in order to be considered eligible for IIST B.Tech admission 2017.

• All applicants must take JEE Advanced 2017 for IIST B.Tech Admission 2017.

• For taking JEE Advanced 2017, the candidates are also required to take jee main 2017 without which the candidates can not take the second level exam – JEE Advanced 2017.
