Hi arnav ,
Under my opinion go for bits mesra for electrical as bits mesra is well established old institute hence it has great alumni network as well as electrical is the most rapidly growing feild so it jas great placement records in bits mesra even information technology is also a great feild but iiit lucknow doesnt have many recruiters .
