Here I have arranged the list of all four IIIT's (mentioned by you) in a rated sequence.

1. Indian Institute of Information Technology Lucknow (the best of all)

2.  Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

3. Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam

4.Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

The rating of the listed colleges is given on the basis of  last year JEE Main rank and several other parameters (infrastructure, facilities provided, medical laboratory, recognition, national importance, faculty ratio, training facility, student’s preferences, etc.)

You may prefer any IIIT among these according to your convenience. The IIIT ranking list is topped by IIIT Allahabad.
