IIT Naya Raipur:

• In terms of exposure,IIIT NR is better than BIT Durg.
• IIIT-NR has a higher brand value.
• Infrastructure is really good.
• The first batch received an average package of around 7.5 lakh which was highest in Chhattisgarh. 
• The college has the folowing clubs:

1.The Society od Coders(TSOC)

2.Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

3.E-Cell

4.Student Activity Center(SAC) and many more

BIT Durg:

• The fees(4 years) of BIT Durg is almost half to that of IIIT NR.
•  Has good placement,though there will be the first batch that will be passing out.
• This makes a big difference between the two.
• This college has more branches,student club and organizations and hence will give a more complete college experience.
• The cutoff's for admission in IIIT NR goes relatively low in JEE mains whereas BIT Durg takes admission through CG-PET and the top rankers take admission. 
• BIT Durg is AICTE approved and has received ISO 9001-2008 certification.

My suggestion would be IIIT naya raipur.
