Hello Vidushi hora, last year closing Cutoff rank for IIT Roopar for different branches for general category candidates are

Chemical Engineering 8692

Civil Engineering 9826

Computer Science and Engineering 2049

Electrical Engineering 5057

Mathematics and Computing 3293

Mechanical Engineering 6838

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering 11546

So according to last year cutoffs you will get IIT Roopar with 7000 rank in Metallurgical and Material Engineering, Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
