Yes, it is possible if you pursue one regular and one distance course together as two regular courses cannot be done at same time because this is illegal. But as per my view this is quite useless if you pursue two UG programs together because at the end only 1 course would be considered and if you want to do the same just to enhance your knowledge then there should be no issue, so go for it.
