Your question implies that you have to study in Anna University Chennai which is located in Tamil Nadu. So in order to get admission in MBA for a Tamil Nadu college you have to clear TANCET exam. And after clearing the exam, you can seek fee reimbursement from Andhra Pradesh government.

The AP govt. will reimburse your 100 percent tuition fee only as per the eligibility criteria for the fee reimbursement which is for examples : having a white ration card, or on basis of your annual family income  ( if you are an SC/ST and your annual family income is below than or equal to  2 lakhs then you are eligible and if you belong to EBC (Extremely Backward Classes) and your annual family income is below than or equal to 1 lakh then you can be eligible for the fee reimbursement from Andhra Pradesh government. ) or 75 percent compulsory attendance criteria, etc.
