Hi Advitiya,

See first of all there are supposedly only two rounds in KCET counselling and if you have excercised option 2 that means you have floated and you don't need to pay again if any extension to 2nd round takes place around 2nd week of August. You wil just have to report for the alloted college and pay the rest of the fee, if any. Don't worry.
