Hello Aspirant!

There are in total 25 seats for M.Sc. Environment Management in GGSIPU. So a rank of 19 promises a good chance to secure a seat. However, there might be reservations for category candidates. The seat matrix hasn't yet been provided in yhe official website. So keep checking the official website regularly for updates on seat matrix.

For general there are 13-14 seats. Then do i have a chance

Well in that case your chance gets narrower but not completely ruled out because if rank holders having less rank than you choose to opt for any other colleges, then you can easily get a seat. This would require 6 rank holders in the top 18 to opt out of PU.
