You did not mention about the stream you are looking for, you may not get admission into  ECE,CSE, Mechanical, But you can have a shot at IE and Civil.

There were days when people who have a rank larger than 10K would not dream of MJ, but days have changed.

But remember the more important thing, irrespective of the college, you can achieve a lot if you have the passion and right attitude, so best of luck!
