there are many colleges in delhi-NCR region offering civil engineering, but they may have different admission criteria. So you need to see if you are eligible for all or not. Some of the names of colleges other than mentioned by you are Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university, delhi; Jamia hamdard, New delhi; Shardha University, Greater Noida; Galgotia university, greater noida; Northern India engineering college, Delhi, etc. Although you prefer delhi region, but I would suggest you to have a look at NCR region colleges also, so that you have more options to choose from.
