The state has not yet announced when the state rank will be released. The counselling sessions has already started for All India Quota in the last month. The first round has already started. The admission is based up on your All India Rank or AIR this year and not state rank. If you have not yet applied for first round of AIQ then first register for counselling. If you miss out in the first round, you can apply for second round directly. But, make sure that you have registered before the second round starts.
