Hi Bala. Not all IITS AND NITS have this course. There are some of them. If you want join MTech programm for biotechnology.,then the best choice is IIT chennai, bhu, delhi. 

And among nits, durgapur, Calicut, Rourkela, Warangal are the best. 

Another better option is bits Plani.
