Yes if Mathematics is your weakness then your B.Tech Biotechnology is indeed a good choice. Now the common eligibility of the course is that

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech Biotechnology is mentioned below:

A student should have completed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry, maths, and biology.

The student must secure 50% marks in class 10+2.

And few good colleges are

Jain University Bangalore
SRM Institute of Technology etc.
