This is my personal opinion. I’ll rank them in the following order:

IIIT Jabalpur > IIIT Sri City ~ IIIT Srirangam > NIT Andhra Pradesh > JNTU > Osmania

IIIT Sri City & IIIT Srirangam are both new IIITs. Academics is fine and is improving very fast. They will become really good in the coming years. I suggest you to do a thorough research on the two and choose the one based on your preference. My bias is towards IIIT Sri City.
