Don't confuse between state code of eligibility and caste certificate. If you belong to the caste which is mentioned in the central list of OBC then you will be eligible to apply for admission under OBC NCL category.

Here is the certificate format of OBC-NCL. You will need to show the certificate in this format only at the time of admission

Dear Sonu, the reason why there is a State OBC list and a Central OBC list because few Castes that are listed in the State OBC list are not listed in the Central OBC list. But for JEE Mains and other entrance examinations, Central OBC list is also preferred. So.if you have a Central OBC NCL Certificate, it still holds good. As long as you have a Central OBC NCL certificate, you need not have a State OBC NCL Certificate.
